Registration is only accepted online. Please click the Register Now button above. You will receive your registration confirmation via email. If you have not received confirmation within two days of registering please email email@example.com.
Your confirmation email will allow you to print your invoice. Please keep your confirmation number as this will allow you to access your registration information.
Session selection for Day 1 and Day 2 are required when you register. Sessions by popular presenters or on popular topics fill early, please plan accordingly. You will automatically be registered for the general/lunch sessions. Your presenter is expecting you and there will be adequate materials for session attendees. Once you are registered and payment is received your seat is guaranteed.

We DO NOT accept Purchase Orders. Since payment is required prior to the conference, a PO is not needed. When you register, an invoice will be created, and you will be able to print the invoice from your confirmation email.
**Early Bird Registration Payment Due March 1, 2019
Late registrations in May and June will be accepted based on availability, and payment must be received by the business office prior to the conference. Seats are not guaranteed until payment is received.
Cancellation and changes
Cancellations must be sent in writing or email to the Learning Forward Texas Business Office by May 1, 2020 to receive a refund. A processing fee of $50 will be deducted from all refunds. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after May 1, 2020. Learning Forward Texas reserves the right to process refunds after the conference concludes. Session changes may be made by logging in using your confirmation number and email address here. To transfer the name of a registered attendee, please email the confirmation number and name of attendee to the business office at firstname.lastname@example.org.
